“Never before have I seen such contempt for law enforcement officers as what I’ve seen from the Gang of Eight”

We have the rule of law in this country.  Here it is:  Section 8 of the United States Constitution.  "The Congress shall have the Power to ….establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization….”

Our own government, president, and elected representatives ignore our laws enacted by Congress and demand that Law Enforcement ignore them.  Solution?  Pass more laws.

Here are a few quotes from Chris Crane’s testimony:  “…this bill only guarantees legal status for illegal aliens.  It contains no promise of solving our immigration problems…”

“Since 2008, Obama has ignored many of the immigration laws enacted by Congress, and has instead created his own immigration system that unlawfully provides protections for millions of illegal aliens.”

“Never before have I seen such contempt for law enforcement officers as what I’ve seen from the Gang of Eight,” he said.

As you watch this unbelievable testimony from Chris Crane, ICE Officer and President of the National ICE Council representing our nation’s ICE officers, agents and staff, and former Marine, please do all possible to remove every member of the Gang of 8 from office:

Marco Rubio, R-FL.
Jeff Flake, R-AZ
John McCain, R-AZ
Lindsey Graham, R-SC
Dick Durbin, D-IL
Robert Menendez, D-NJ
Chuck Schumer, D- NY
Michael Bennett, D-Colo.

We are stuck with Flake until 2018 and McCain until 2016.  Help other states elect better Republicans.

John McCain rips Tea Party, Fox News, calls Hillary Clinton a ‘rock star’

Remember this article from 2013?

When asked about Hillary Clinton, John McCain stated:

"I think she did a fine job," he said of Clinton’s performance as Secretary of State despite the scandal surrounding the Benghazi terror attack.

"She’s a rock star. She has, maybe not glamour, but certainly the aura of someone widely regarded throughout the world. I do think it is interesting that the issues where John Kerry is engaging is where Hillary Clinton did not engage in, that those decisions were left to the White House and the National Security Council," he added.

What if Hillary ran against Rand Paul in 2016:

"It’s gonna be a tough choice," he said, laughing.

He clarified his remark, saying Paul "represents a segment of the GOP, just like his father. And I think he is trying to expand that, intelligently, to make it larger."

He called Rand Paul and Ted Cruz "wacko birds."

He said Obama has "grown" in office, especially since the president has reached out to him and Sen. Lindsey Graham, the South Carolina Republican who is often at McCain’s side on issues like immigration. McCain praised Graham, saying he "is like a son to me."

Fox News is "schizophrenic."

About the TEA Party:  "Many in this group didn’t come to power to get things done. They came to power to keep things from getting done," he said.

John McCain also stated:  Kelly Ayotte, I am very close to. Chuck Schumer (Democrat). Carl Levin (Democrat) and I are as close as two people can be.

The COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF concerns the May 13, 2016 "Joint Guidance" issued by the U.S. Departments of Justice and Education relating to requiring public schools that receive federal funding to allow transgender students to use whatever restroom or locker room they wish, based on how they identify their gender.

The threat to withdraw federal funding from any school that doesn’t comply is very clear in this sentence: "Under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, schools receiving federal money may not discriminate based on a student’s sex, including a student’s transgener status."

Congressional Hearing on IRS Abuse and EPA Overreach: Mesa, Aug. 22.

On August 22, from 3:30 – 7:30 pm, please attend a Congressional Hearing on IRS Abuse and EPA Overreach. The hearing will be held at the Mesa Arts Center (Virginia G. Piper Repertory Theater) at 1 East Main Street.  Here is a link to the event flyer.

The public is encouraged to attend and speak.

Paul Gosar (AZ-04) stated, "It is important, now more than ever, that we hold this intrusive government accountable. Please join us and let us know how you feel about the IRS’s illegal targeting of conservative organizations and the EPA’s unlawful actions."

Paul Gosar (AZ-04) will be joined by Congressmen Matt Salmon (AZ-05), David Schweikert (AZ-06) and Trent Franks (AZ-08).  The purpose is to take testimony from constituents in regards to problems or concerns they have with the IRS or EPA.  Witnesses will also offer testimony on the impact a closure of the Navajo Generating Station would have on Arizona.  These issues not only impact Arizonans, but also affect Americans across the country.

Attorney General Tom Horne and State Representative Brenda Barton will offer testimony. Representatives from Tea Party groups, industry associations, and businesses will testify as well.

According to Rep. Paul Gosar (CD4), "Salt River Project, operator of Navajo Generating Station, recently announced it would shut down 33 percent of the plant with an agreement that will likely shut the entire plant by 2044. The dismantling of the electric plant is due to the Obama Environmental Protection Agency’s unnatural fixation with destroying the coal industry. President Barack Obama stated publicly that he will see to it that coal plants are taxed or regulated out of existence. The president is now using the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to attack carbon fuels."
