Please join your Gilbert neighbors to help welcome home three honored heroes. The tribute begins at 5:30 pm, Thursday, April 19, at the Gilbert Municipal Center, 50 East Civic Center Dr. The event will honor Lieutenant Commander William Spencer, Chief Petty Officer Robert Espinoza, and Gold Star Wife Barbara Arizmendez and their families.
