Senator Rand Paul speaks out against Sect. 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act. An American on American soil who is ACCUSED of being a "threat" to the US Government can be arrested by our own military, taken to Guantanamo Bay, no due process, no right to an attorney, and held indefinitely. How does Sect. 1021 define a "threat"? It doesn’t. But our government agencies have defined as potential "terrorists" Americans who have guns and ammunition in their homes, or more than 7 days of food in their house. 9/11 succeeded because of human error, because the FBI failed to act. Our criminal system didn’t fail. This was a failure of our bureaucracy.
