Dr. Earl Taylor, is President of the National Center for Constitutional Studies, and has taught The Making of America Constitutional Study course to thousands of people over the past twenty years throughout the nation. Both Dr. and Mrs. Taylor have endorsed Dr. Ralph Heap for Arizona Senate (LD25).
