Finding the Agenda on the GPS website is an Easter Egg Hunt. Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Go to www.gilbertschools.net
Step 2: Click on "Governing Board"
Step 3: Click on "Board Meetings/Agendas"
Step 4: Click on "BoardDocs"
Step 5: Click on "Enter Public Site"
Step 6: Click on "March 27, 2012"
Step 7: From here, you can click on "View Agenda" or "Print Agenda."
Step 8: Click on "Print Agenda." Then, decide if you want the simple or detailed. Look at the top left for selection.
Finding the Board Meeting room:
Park in the big parking lot at the back of the Educational Complex Building. From the parking lot, as you approach the building and climb a few steps, go to the door on the far right. All of the other doors are locked.
