Local businessman Jordan Ray’s campaign continues full speed ahead this week as it moves into the new year. With his key leadership and organization structure in place since early November, Jordan is positioned to begin 2011 with a leg up on his competition.
Campaign Manager and political veteran Lalani Hunsaker, who, prior to Jordan’s campaign, ran Jenn Daniels’ successful Town Council race in 2009, had this to say: "I am excited by the progress that we have made in November and December. We have our key volunteers in place, our fund-raising effort is well underway, and Jordan has been meeting with community leaders and constituents for several weeks now. I feel that the campaign is in a great position to begin 2011."
"My husband and I were impressed with Jordan the first time we met with him and his wife Mandy," said Lalani. "In my experience the kind of candidate who you want serving in public office is the person who has something to give rather than something to gain by that service. Nate and I both felt that Jordan is that type of candidate."
Lalani went on to say, "Since I have been on the campaign, the response to Jordan’s business background and conservative principles has been overwhelmingly positive. It is clear that residents of Gilbert are ready for a leader with a strong business background, a personal commitment to keeping taxes low and government spending in check, while maintaining our public safety and quality of life. Jordan Ray is that leader."
