Cliven Bundy Calls on Sheriff to Start Arresting BLM Feds

In the ongoing crisis in Clark County leadership, Clive Bundy demanded that Sheriff Doug Gillespie do what he is paid to do.  Clive Bundy stood before Moapa Valley Town Hall the evening of April 9 and stated:  

“He is the man that has constitutional jurisdiction and authority, he has policing power here in Clark County Nevada, and he has arresting power, so we elected him and we pay him, what do we pay him to do?” asked Bundy, adding, “Don’t we pay him to protect our life, liberty and property?”

“I love you people, and I love this land, and I love freedom and liberty, and I love the sovereign state of Nevada and nobody can tell me the United States owns this land,” said Bundy, adding that he would pay any grazing fees to Clark County and not the federal government.

Asserting that the land under dispute was owned by the people of Clark County, Bundy asked, “Is the United States government trespassing on your land?” to which the crowd reacted with an emphatic “yes!”

During the town hall meeting, Bundy’s sister, Margaret Houston also spoke about how she was assaulted by BML agents earlier in the day, remarking, “It felt like a war zone and I felt like I was not in the United States….they have snipers, they have helicopters, they’re carrying machine guns, it’s not pretty, it’s like a foreign country.”

Please keep an eye on this issue!  The federal government along with radical environmentalists are willing to destroy a multiple-generation operation and steal this rancher’s cattle over an "endangered" …………….desert tortoise.

The very same scenario is unfolding in Arizona, compliments of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) and radical environmentalsts who want to declare the Mexican wolf as endangered and release wolves across 15 Arizona counties. The gross economic output of the agricultural industry in the area is estimated to be $4.2 billion annually.

The Truth About Why the BLM Wanted Cliven Bundy off the Land: Harry Reid and Money and Power

Don’t be fooled into believing that the BLM cares about a bunch of dusty, old tortoises that are supposedly endangered.   

Think about it.  In the name of the poor, dear tortoises, the BLM just spent millions of dollars to round up 300 of Cliven Bundy’s "trespassing cattle."  They managed to kill about 130 of them in the process.  Why?  Because, not only don’t they care about a bunch of tortoises, they also don’t care about a bunch of cows.  Using their helicopters they ran many of them to death in 100-degree desert heat.  Many of those cows were pregnant and weren’t given veterinary care; many of the newborns that survived their births died from lack of nourishment and callous treatment; many cows were fat with milk, having been separated from their newborn calves.  Each cow that died at the hands of the  BLM thugs had a value of about $1500.   

The BLM had enough money to pay thugs to intimidate, taser, and throw Americans to the ground.  The BLM had enough money to hire cowboy mercenaries to help round up Cliven Bundy’s cattle.  The BLM had enough money to send over 80 brand new shiny trucks to Clark County.  The had enough money to arm their thugs with helmet, body armor, and AR-15s.  

Yet, the BLM didn’t have enough money to feed the desert tortoises at the Desert Tortoise Conservation Center, so they euthanized them.  See Desert Tortoise Conservation Center plan to Euthanize Hundreds of Tortoises in Nevada.   

Put on your thinking cap.  Does this make logical sense?  Of course it doesn’t!  Because it isn’t the truth.

In fact, the federal government doesn’t care about any endangered species.  If they did, they wouldn’t allow the wholesale slaughter of every "endangered" critter that gets cooked by SOLAR and chopped up by WIND.

I’m sure that Fox news reporter Dennis Lynch did not anticipate his actions on April  12, 2014.  He suddenly realized that Clive Bundy was right.  The Bundy family was right.  The patriots who stood facing down the BLM thugs with AR-15s were right.  No matter what the letter of the law stated, it was an egregious unjust law.  And then, Mr. Lynch discovered what he was made of.

What’s the difference between Trey Gowdy and Harry Reid?

Easy.   Trey Gowdy is a man.   Harry Reid isn’t.

Trey Gowdy receives death threats and brushes them off.  Harry Reid receives death threats and runs to the FBI and the American people, whining.  

The reason Trey Gowdy is receiving death threats is because of his determination to find out why several Americans were murdered in Benghazi, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Evans.  He was brutally, barbarically, and sexually tortured for hours by terrorist enemies of the United States, until he mercifully died.  

Gowdy, undaunted by thuggish death threats, wants answers to why our federal government did nothing to prevent the Benghazi attack and did nothing to help these American citizens.    

We had the 9/11 Commission, didn’t we.  But we are supposed to ignore this atrocity.  

The reason Harry Reid has received death threats is because he has called American citizens who stood in defense of a Nevada rancher "domestic terrorists."  These so-called domestic terrorists include several duly elected officials, such as Arizona Representatives Bob Thorpe, Kelly Townsend, and David Livingston, and Senator Kelli Ward.    

Reid also has stated that the BLM acted appropriately, stating they did "an outstanding job," and he supports the FBI investigation of supposed death threats, intimidation, and weapons violations of the protestors.

He has said nothing about the illegal actions of the BLM preceding or during the stand-off.  

In supporting the BLM’s behavior, Senator Harry Reid stands firmly in favor of a federal police state and for tyranny.  This is what Senator Harry Reid condoned:

HB2699 – April 14 – Senate COW – “endangered species program; rescission; reimbursement”

One of the reasons cited by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in removing Cliven Bundy’s cattle from public lands in Nevada was because the Desert Tortoise found on the land was "threatened/endangered." 

We have our own situation in Arizona relating to the Mexican wolf.  The United States Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) is poised to declare the Mexican wolf "endangered."  The USFWS is also poised to expand the Mexican wolf release area to cover a broad swath of Arzona, which will include 15 Arizona counties.  

It is time for all of us to email and call our Arizona Senators to strongly encourage them to vote YES to HB2699, and to stand up for all Arizona citizens’ right to protect ourselves, families, property, and livelihoods!
