You never need a late term abortion to save a woman’s life

In the 3rd and final presidential debate, Hillary Clinton was asked why she is against a ban on late-term partial birth abortions.  In light of her longstanding association with Planned Parenthood and the abortion business, her answer reveals an astonishing ignorance about the actual process involved in a late term abortion, or she’s outright lying.

In this brief segment Ms. Clinton states "I’ve met with women who at the end of their pregnancy get the worst news that one could get, that their health is in jeopardy if they continue to carry to term or that something terrible has happened or just been discovered about the pregnancy. So, you can regulate if you are doing so with the life and the health of the mother taken into account.”

Here’s the reality.  A late term abortion procedure takes 24-72 hours, just to dilate the cervix enough to dismember and remove the baby.  A woman whose life is at risk would be dead before the abortion could be completed.

On the other hand, a 1-hour emergency C-Section would most likely save the mother’s and her baby’s lives.

In the following video, Dr. Anthony Levatino, who has performed over 1200 abortions, explains why “You never need a late term abortion to save a woman’s life.”  He is now Pro-Life.

Safe Cities and Towns

by Jared Taylor
Gilbert Town Council Member

Last year the Town of Gilbert was ranked as the second safest city in America. Great news! This ranking came from a review of violent crime data in the US. While the press focused largely on the influence of public safety, let’s take a moment to recognize the real reason for this ranking: strong families and a thriving faith and service community.

Oftentimes I will use a sports analogy for Team Gilbert and refer to our families, service groups, churches, and schools as our offense.

These groups score the real points in our Golden Rule Town.  By instilling both a love of America and strong moral values into our community, strong families are the Most Valuable Player in Gilbert.

Of course a great team can’t be successful without a good defense.  In a community, a strong defensive team consists of solid public safety and judicial systems.

In 1995, Dr. Patrick F. Fagan of the Heritage Foundation summarized the following conclusions from professional literature on violent crime and the family in his article titled The Real Root Causes of Violent Crime:  The Breakdown of Marriage, Family, and Community.

Over the past thirty years, the rise in violent crime parallels the rise in families abandoned by fathers.

High-crime neighborhoods are characterized by high concentrations of families abandoned by fathers.
The future criminal tends to be an individual rejected by other children as early as the first grade who goes on to form his own group of friends, often the future delinquent gang.

Donald Trump: One-Man-Wrecking Ball Suited for our Times

I didn’t vote for Trump.  But I agree with former Senate President Russell Pearce, Treasurer Jeff DeWit, conservative activist Sandi Bartlett, and a host of others that we must rally behind Trump as our next President.  His detractors say he’s flip-flopped on issues.  He isn’t a "true" conservative.  He’s uncouth, narcissistic, and unrefined.  All of that may be true.  They say he’s racist.  He’s sexist.  I don’t believe that.  But why is he so popular with the American people?  This article addresses that question, and explores another one:  Is it possible, as asked by Australian Pastor Steve Cioccolanti , that the Hand of God is on Donald Trump, "for such a time as this"?  If so, it won’t be the first time that God has used the most unlikely of men for His Purpose.

As to Donald Trump’s popularity, Scott S. Powell believes that Trump possesses "qualities that are among those most vital to rebuilding relations with America’s allies and restoring respect — even fear — from adversaries. Mr. Trump’s directness also suggests he is the best-suited presidential candidate to take on America’s insolvency. He could be the president who corrects the nation’s out-of-control spending, deficits and unsustainable debt. Trump’s toughness may be the key virtue needed to rule in a divided country and to successfully downsize and restructure federal agencies and get Washington out of the way of the American economy and its people."
