Pro-Abortion Pres. Obama Vetoes Legislation Defunding Planned Parenthood

Planned Parenthood is responsible for the deaths of 320,000 preborn human infants every year.  They have been repeatedly videotaped admitting that they sell portions of these babies on a massive scale.  Even so, President Obama is unmoved and vetoed legislation that would have defunded this depraved organization.  Unfortunately, pro-lifers lack the congressional votes to override the veto of the most pro-abortion president in U.S. history.  (That piece of information should give you insight into the enormous power of our U.S. Congressmen, and why it’s critical to elect constitutional conservatives to those offices.)     

According to a recent article in Live Action News:

"President Barack Obama vetoed legislation Friday that would have ended $400 million of the over $500 million in forced taxpayer funding going to Planned Parenthood for one year. The measure would have shifted Planned Parenthood’s public subsidies to comprehensive health care clinics that offer more health services and outnumber the abortion giant 20 to 1.

"H.R. 3762, which included efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act, is the first bill to pass both houses of Congress and make it to the president’s desk.

"The U.S. Senate passed the measure last year using the reconciliation process, which prevented Democrat lawmakers from filibustering the bill. The U.S. House approved the Senate version this week.

"While a veto by President Obama was expected, the passage of the bill shows that even under the most pro-abortion administration in U.S. history, there are enough pro-life votes to send a bill defunding America’s largest abortion chain to the White House."

Compelling Observations from Creator of the Undercover Planned Parenthood Videos

David Daleiden is the founder of Center for Medical Progress (CMP).  CMP has now released 10 of the planned 12 or more undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s abortionists, administrators, and directors in the sale of fetal body parts, "earmarked for sale even while their little hearts are still beating."  

Daleiden, who is Catholic, first learned that cells from aborted babies were being used for research while a student at Claremont McKenna College, working as a research assistant.

Later he worked as a citizen journalist investigating the abortion industry, and in 2008, he became the director of research for Live Action News.   

In 2013, at the age of 24, David Daleiden founded the Center for Medical Progress to investigate bioethical issues.  CMP’s first project was "Human Capital," the investigation of the nation’s biggest supplier of baby body parts–Planned Parenthood–and their fetal tissue collection organizations.

Ninth Undercover Video: Planned Parenthood Baby Parts Vendor ABR Pays Off Clinics, Intact Fetuses “Just Fell Out”

Perrin Larton, the Procurement Manager at Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR), is shown describing ABR’s fetal tissue harvesting practice to a prospective buyer. “I literally have had women come in and they’ll go in the O.R. and they’re back out in 3 minutes, and I’m going, ‘What’s going on?’ Oh yeah, the fetus was already in the vaginal canal whenever we put her in the stirrups, it just fell out,” she explains of situations where there has been a great enough degree of cervical dilation to procure an intact fetus.

Abby Johnson’s Powerful Conversion: Former Planned Parenthood Facility Director

Eighth Undercover Video: Planned Parenthood Baby Parts Buyer StemExpress Wants “Another 50 Livers/Week”

This is the video that Judge William Orrick III blocked.  His injunction was overturned by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joanne O’Donnell, who ruled that the Center for Medical Progress has First Amendment rights to release videos it covertly took of StemExpress executives talking about buying aborted baby tissue from Planned Parenthood. If you have watched all 7 undercover videos, then you won’t be surprised by the callous disregard that the "champions" in the baby body parts industry display toward God’s most helpless and vulnerable human beings.  So it is with Cate Dyer, CEO of StemExpress, LLC, who states that StemExpress gets “a lot” of intact fetuses and calls Planned Parenthood baby parts supply a "volume institution."

Seventh Undercover Video: Planned Parenthood’s Custom Abortions for Superior Product

Hear Holly O’Donnell, whistle blower and former procurement technician with StemExpress, LLC, describe to the Center for Medical Progress citizen journalist how her Planned Parenthood colleague called her over to see "something kind of cool, kind of neat."  What Holly saw was her colleague tapping the little boy’s heart.  It started beating.  And then, because the body was so well developed, the colleague said they could, “procure a lot from it."  The medical tech took scissors and cut through the child’s lower jaw up through the mouth. O’Donnell was directed to cut the rest of the way through “the middle of the face” to obtain the intact brain.  If this doesn’t make you understand that abortion is murder, your conscience has been seared.
