Do you know more about what is going on in Pakistan, Greece, and Washington DC, than here in Gilbert? You may not realize it but the Progressives have been slowly getting a foothold right here. They call themselves Republicans, but they have been fighting hard to raise your taxes. Price is no object when they’re spending YOUR money on vast areas of parkland. Price is no object when it comes time to develop the land into recreational facilities. There are tons of articles, video, etc. on Gilbert Watch about what the incumbents Linda Abbott, Dave Crozier and Les Presmyk have been doing.
They talk about plans for economic development. Plans? They’ve been on the Council for YEARS. Why haven’t they brought in business or helped existing businesses expand? They don’t know how. These folks are a tenured school teacher, and two bureaucrats who work for APS and SRP.
We have a Golden Opportunity to finally have a Conservative majority on the Gilbert Town Council. For crying out loud, don’t blow it!
