Medicaid Expansion Ballot Referendum Status

Please continue gathering as many signatures as possible!  See URAPC Sites for the Final Weekend.

Regarding the Gun Show, reports are coming in that the Governor’s office ordered the Coliseum staff to place the URAPC (anti-Medicaid Expansion aka Obamacare) petition gatherers to the north side of the Coliseum parking lot–instead of near the south side entrance where the attendees enter the gun show.  If you want to sign the URAPC petitions on Sept. 8, you’ll probably find the petition table set up on the north side of the Coliseum.

Last Minute URAPC Petitions can be Hand Delivered to:

Rep. Carl Seel:  3-6 pm, Sunday, Sept 8; and 9am – Noon, Tuesday, Sept. 10 at the AZGOP Office, 3501 N. 24th St., Phoenix.
Mike Richards:  6-9 pm, Monday, Sept. 9 at the Arizona Red Mountain Patriots meeting, East Valley High School, 7420 E Main Street, Mesa.  A notary will be available.

URAPC Chairman Christine Bauserman is asking that petitions gatherers can help the counting effort by doing the following:
Please take a pen and ‘x’ through any empty spots on the petitions.
Verify you put the county on the top of the petition.  This is the very last item in the wording before the wording.
Check "volunteer."
Put counties together and then group "10’s", "9’s", etc.

Please attend tonight’s Arizona Red Mountain Patriots Meeting!

Do you recall the Medicaid Expansion vote, and how so-called Arizona Republican senators and representatives joined Democrats to pass this law in the legislature?  Remember Bob Worsley LD25, who voted for the Medicaid expansion, and how he ran as a conservative, even Pro Life?  Voters in LD25 were outraged by Mr. Worsley’s  "Big Government" votes.  His Legislative District leadership even voted to censure him over his actions.

"In just ONE legislative session, Mr. Worsley, raised taxes, voted for Obama-care (the Medicaid expansion) violated Prop 108  (the Taxpayer Protection act), voted against Pro-Life Amendments, voted for taxpayer funded scholarships for illegals (which is also a violation of the law), and he scored the worst of any Republican Senator from Americans for Prosperity–earning the Hero of Big Government award."

Go to www.GilbertWatch.com, enter Worsley in the Search box, and you will see why it’s no surprise that Bob Worsley behaved exactly the way we predicted he would.

Dr. Ralph Heap to run against Bob Worsley in LD25.

An excellent conservative candidate has emerged to run against Bob Worsley in 2014:  Dr. Ralph Heap.

“I think Mr. Worsley campaigned as a conservative, and I just don’t feel like he’s responded that way in his time in the Senate,” stated Dr. Heap. “I’m an orthopedic surgeon. I’m particularly disturbed by the Medicaid expansion and the facilitating of Obamacare in Arizona.”

Dr. Heap received his M.D. from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1978, and has been practicing for 30 years.

Please come to tonight’s meeting of the Arizona Red Mountain Patriots and meet Dr. Ralph Heap!   Tonight’s event is essentially his campaign kickoff, so he’ll have petitions there, campaign literature, etc.  Also, the Heap Family Blue Grass Band will be entertaining the audience as well.

Arizona Red Mountain Tea Party Patriots: Monday, November 4th at 7:00pm (meeting start), doors open at 6:00pm East Valley School, 7420 E. Main St., Mesa 85207.

Randy Hatch, Chairman of AZ Red Mountain TEA Party, Speaks out!

Fellow Patriots,

Sarah Palin has lost my trust in 2010 by supporting RINO, John McCain. Now word comes that she is again taking orders from her political boss and endorsing other moderate candidates she has probably never met, Jeff Flake and Kirk Adams. It is very unfortunate that we live in a political system that values endorsements from popular people more than the actual records of those running for office. We must be on the look out for these highly paid drive by endorsements by people like Sarah Palin who disappointed the Tea Party many times over since she fully endorsed the candidacy of John McCain, the biggest RINO of them all. Many people gave her a pass for that two years ago when she campaigned for John McCain because he had put her on the National map and helped her to make millions in speaking fees.

Diane Douglas Underwater; Frank Riggs Swimming to the Top

According to a recent Capitol Times Yellow Sheet Report titled “Underwater is a Bad Place to Be,” Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas is going to have an uphill battle to get reelected.

A recent poll by GOP consultant Chris Baker shows incumbent Douglas with ratings of 15 percent favorability and a whopping 47 percent unfavorability.  Another 38 percent had no opinion. “I think Diane Douglas has probably reached the point of no return,” Baker told the Capitol Times reporter.

As stated in the article, “the poll surveyed 500 self-described likely voters (all of whom have voted in at least one of the last two general elections) from June 14-15, with a partisan breakdown of 35 percent Republicans, 31 percent Democrats and 33 percent independents. Of those 500 voters, 70 percent were contacted on landlines via autodial, while 30 percent were interviewed by live callers on their cell phones. The poll had a margin of error of plus-minus 4.9 percent.”

This is what happens when a novice takes office with no business or executive experience.

Arizona needs a strong, tested and proven Superintendent with the right combination of executive experience, managerial skills, knowledge of education policies and practices, integrity, and judgment to lead our state’s K-12 schools!  That person is Frank Riggs.

Frank Riggs for Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction

Yes, I’m supporting Frank Riggs for Arizona’s next Superintendent of Public Instruction, and I’m downright enthusiastic about it.   Why?  Without a doubt, he’s the most qualified.  Also, he puts Students first, not the institution of public education.  He respects and welcomes dialogue with Parents, not paid, self-interested lobbyists. He is a proven education leader for school choice, local control, and quality education.  He believes that quality education means focusing on classroom teaching and learning, and on recruiting and retaining the very best teachers for Arizona’s kids.  He has promised to advocate and work tirelessly for a high-quality education to help every child reach their full potential, regardless of where they live or their socio-economic circumstances. He also intends to make the Arizona Department of Education fully transparent, responsive, and accountable to parents, educators and taxpayers.

Please take a look at his website, and you’ll see that not only does he "say" all the right things, but he has also "done" all the right things.

Frank Riggs has earned the endorsements of leaders and parents who want the education of Arizona’s children to be the First Priority! See below for some of their statements about Frank Riggs, and then read his record of leadership, and you’ll know why these dedicated people are fighting for Frank Riggs as Arizona’s next Superintendent of Public Instruction:

Jared Taylor has stated this about Frank Riggs:  "Frank Riggs is the most qualified candidate for Superintendent of Public Instruction in Arizona’s history.”  Not only is Mr. Taylor an anti-Common Core constitutional conservative serving as a Member of the State Board of Education and Gilbert Town Councilman, he is also the business manager for Heritage Academy.  One of the missions of this charter school is to ensure that its students learn about the lives, beliefs, and accomplishments of the heroes of America – our founding fathers and mothers – and to better understand the values and principles which governed their lives and upon which they built the American nation.

Mr. Taylor is a leader of the Mommy Lobby, with whom I have been privileged to work for the last 6 years, focusing on defeating The Common Core Machine in Arizona.

Not in Our Schools: Stop the Planned Parenthood Invasion

Ms. Peggy McClain has been investigating and reporting on the hyper-sexualization of Arizona’s school children for several years.   She has worked very hard to open the eyes of parents who find it hard to believe that their child’s school could possibly be a physically and emotionally dangerous place.  Some parents sense that something is wrong, but their common sense is overridden by the assurances of the "experts," especially because they are so nice about it.  Until, that is, the parent continues to express their concerns.  Ms. McClain helps parents refuse to be manipulated and take charge of their children’s education.  See Delphi Technique – Anyone Who Wants to be Involved in Their Child’s Education Should Understand This.

Ultimately, young women who have had an abortion know that they have ended the life of their own child.  It is an agonizing fact they must live with for the rest of their lives, no matter how much Planned Parenthood and other abortionists try to dehumanize that child, even to the point of outright lying.  See Abortion Facility Misleads Women, Showing Them Deceiving Depictions of Fetal Development .

Today’s young people need to know that one-third of their generation has been wiped out by abortion.

Even the schools in Arizona are trying to "normalize" promiscuity, sexual experimentation, and abortion.  If your common sense tells you that this is wrong, you are right.  No matter which school your child is attending, I urge you to review Ms. McClain’s blog, Not In Our Schools, which is updated frequently.  You can also sign up to receive newsletters, and follow the blog on Twitter.  Recent articles include:
