Tomorrow, November 20, President Barack Obama is preparing to take actions, via Executive Order, with no Constitutional authority whatsoever, that will greatly expand protections for illegal aliens. He is creating a Constitutional crisis.
Some of what he might do includes dramatically expanding his deferred action program, allowing the parents of children who are legal residents or citizens of the United States to avoid deportation proceedings. Obama might also expand the eligibility for the current deferred action program, which allows children who were brought to the United States and remained in violation of the law to remain.

Mr. Ducey, this is your opportunity and responsibility to follow the will of the people of Arizona. Please, as our representative, you need to come out strongly–today–against this. President Obama cannot be allowed to get away with acting like a South American dictator.
